At Greenarys, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The product received is defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Evidence Requirements

To verify and process your claim, the following evidence is required:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the sealed package opening.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

  • Order number and purchase details.

Please note that claims submitted without the required evidence may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Replacement Policy

For eligible claims, Greenarys may provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement requests are subject to verification and product availability.

Refund Policy

If a replacement is not available or feasible, a refund may be issued after verification of the claim.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products ordered by mistake.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or appearance of natural materials such as bamboo, wood, neem wood, seed paper, or other eco-friendly materials.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Greenarys products are made using natural and sustainable materials. Variations in color, texture, wood grain, bamboo patterns, or natural finish are normal characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
